STEP 1 – Access Educational Institutions
Budget > Educational Institutions.
The most common time when the absence of a school is noticed is during the creation of a budget. However, there are some configurations required to make this school appear in searches.
Important: If you do not see this option, it is because your access level does not allow it. In this case, you will need to request assistance from someone with higher access privileges to check this area of the platform.
STEP 2 – Search for the School
You will now see a list of all the schools available in our system. To speed up your search, you can use the filters, including the name filter, to narrow down your results.
STEP 3 – Check if the School exists in the system
If the search does not return any results, the school you are looking for does not exist in Ally.
From this point, you have two options:
Create the school yourself by following our tutorials available in our knowledge base, starting with this one.
Request a registration from our team. This registration will be charged based on the number of items to be registered, and the school will only be available in your account. To do this, contact us through our support chat, providing more details about your request.
STEP 4 – Check the School Link
If you do not have a link to the school, it will appear as shown in the image below. In this case, you need to press the "+" button to add a link to this institution and view its values.
Important: For schools with the Partner seal, the link must be approved by them before you can access the values.
STEP 5 – Check if the School is Online
If the link exists, check if the school is online; otherwise, it will not be possible to view its values.
