STEP 1 – Check the Enroll Date You Are Entering
The Enroll Date you input must fall within the period of values registered for each course (click on Details to view them). If it falls outside the registered period, the search will not display results for that course.
For example, if the values are available for the period between 01/01/2021 and 31/12/2021, and your search date is earlier than January 1st or later than December 31st, that course will not show valid results.
Important: If the course has future values registered, you can set the Enroll Date to a future date to view those values.
STEP 2 – Check if the Campus Is Online
Go to Budget > Educational Institutions.
If you don’t see this option, it means your access level does not allow it. You will need to request someone with a higher access level to check this information for you.
After accessing Educational Institutions, you can use the search tool to find the desired school. Once found, click Enter to access the school profile.
In the school profile, check if the desired campus is online.
STEP 3 – Check if the Desired Item Is Online
After confirming that the campus is online, click on View Prices to access the programs, accommodations, and fees.
Use the tabs to select the type of item you want to view.
When you find the desired item, check if its status is set to Online.
STEP 4 – Check the Availability of the Values
Click on the name of the item (program, accommodation, fee) or on the icon with the dollar sign to view how the values are registered.
If the values appear as in the image below, it means the program does not have valid prices for the current year.
In this case, you will need to submit a Registration Request, as explained in this tutorial (click here).
STEP 5 – Check Value Details
When checking the values, verify if there are any specifications based on nationality or the number of weeks that could explain why the values are not appearing.
