Overview
You receive two types of notifications - email notifications and in-app notifications. Both can be controlled in the settings of the user’s account.
Configure
Go to your Settings > Notifications to control the notifications settings for both, email and in-app notifications.
Notification types
All notifications are broken down into categories that you can control with a toggle from your notification settings. The notification types shown below are seller notifications.
Email notifications
The notifications you receive via email are broken down like this:
A buyer is visiting a space: You receive an email when a buyer opens the public view of your space
No engagement reminders: You receive two different emails controlled by this toggle → An email when you created a space that has not gotten any buyer engagement after 72 hours → An email when you invited a specific buyer member that has not been active in the space after 48 hours
General actions created: Whenever an action was created in a space, you receive an email
An action I am assigned to is updated: When you are assigned to an action and this action is assigned, completed, a resource is uploaded, the due date is set, you receive an email
An action I am assigned to is due: You receive an email on the day of the due date of an action that you are assigned to at 3pm Berlin time (CET)
Any comment is given: Whenever a comment is given in a space that you are part, you receive an email
I was tagged in a comment: You receive an email when you are tagged in a comment
In-app notifications
The notifications you receive in-app are broken down like this:
A buyer is visiting a space: You receive a notification when a buyer opens the public view of your space
General actions created: Whenever an action was created in a space, you receive a notification
An action I am assigned to is updated: When you are assigned to an action and this action is assigned, completed, a resource is uploaded, the due date is set, you receive a notification
An action I am assigned to is due: You receive a notification on the day of the due date of an action that you are assigned to at 3pm Berlin time (CET)
Any comment is given: Whenever a comment is given in a space that you are part, you receive a notification
I was tagged in a comment: You receive a notification when you are tagged in a comment
In-app notifications
You can control your in-app notifications from a notification overview where you can also filter notifications by space, so that you can more specifically act on the notification regarding a specific space you are interested in.
Mark notifications as read
You can either mark individual notifications as read or you can mark all notifications as read, which makes it easier to handle a larger group of notifications at once. If you filter notifications per space, you can also use the mark all notification as read function to only mark the notifications as read that you see in that view.
