Overview
Your buyers receive two types of notifications - email notifications and in-app notifications. Both can be controlled in the settings of the userβs account.
Configure
Your buyers can go to Settings > Notifications to control the notifications settings for both, email and in-app notifications.
Notification types
All notifications are broken down into categories that can be controlled with a toggle from the notification settings. The notification types shown below are buyer notifications.
Email notifications
The notifications your buyer receives via email are broken down like this:
An action I am assigned to is updated: When you are assigned to an action and this action is assigned, completed, a resource is uploaded, the due date is set, you receive an email
An action I am assigned to is due: You receive an email on the day of the due date of an action that you are assigned to at 3pm Berlin time (CET)
I was tagged in a comment: You receive an email when you are tagged in a comment
In-app notifications
The notifications you receive in-app are broken down like this:
An action I am assigned to is updated: When you are assigned to an action and this action is assigned, completed, a resource is uploaded, the due date is set, you receive a notification

Mark notifications as read
You can either mark individual notifications as read or you can mark all notifications as read, which makes it easier to handle a larger group of notifications at once. If you filter notifications per space, you can also use the mark all notification as read function to only mark the notifications as read that you see in that view.
