How it works
You need to connect your Alongspace to a deal or opportunity in your CRM to enable automatic contact creation in your CRM.
Whenever a new buyer member joins an Alongspace, either by invitation or by joining via the sharable space link, the email address of this stakeholder is cross-referenced with the contacts in your CRM.
If the email address of this stakeholder is already attached to a contact, the existing contact is auto-attached to the linked deal or opportunity in your CRM.
If the email address of this stakeholder does not yet belong to a contact in your CRM, this contact is auto-created and auto-attached to the linked deal or opportunity in your CRM.
