Assign and Dispatch Assets

Efficiently assign and dispatch assets using real-time data. The new system enhances the accuracy of matching trips with available assets, ensuring smoother operations and minimizing downtime.

Optimize Dispatch Plans

Leverage enhanced filtering and sorting tools to optimize plans based on:

  • Driver availability and Qualifications

  • Asset usage

  • Load requirements

This optimization feature helps maximize resource utilization and streamline operations.

Truck Posting to DAT

Alvys now enables dispatchers to seamlessly post available trucks, trailers, and drivers directly to DAT from Dispatch Planner v2. This eliminates the need to switch between systems, improving efficiency and visibility.

With this feature, dispatchers can:

  • Post trucks to DAT with pre-filled details.

  • See which trucks are actively posted in the Dispatch Planner Drivers table with a new "Posted" column.

  • Filter and manage posted trucks directly from Alvys.

  • Unpost trucks when they are no longer available.

  • Automatically unpost a truck when assigning a trip to a posted driver.
