Part 1: Configure PrePass Integration in Alvys
Navigate to the Management page, then select the subsidiary you wish to integrate with PrePass.
Next, find and select the blue Integrate button.
Scroll down in the list of integrations to find the Tolls section, then select "PrePass" from the list. Select all applicable subsidiaries that you will need to utilize PrePass for tolls.
Click the blue Save button to save your changes.
Part 2: Add Transponder IDs to Each Truck
From the blue Alvys toolbar on the left hand side, navigate to the Assets page and then select "Trucks".
Select the truck from the list which corresponds with the transponder number.
Scroll down to find the "Pass Details" section of the page. Select whether or not to deduct tolls, then select PrePass in the Issued By field. Now, add the transponder ID in the Pass Number field. The PrePass Transponder number typically starts with 77*.
Click "Add Pass" to save changes. Repeat steps 1 - 4 for all other trucks that will use PrePass.
Part 3: Upload File Reports
Now you are ready to upload your PrePass toll report, which contains the toll transactions. To do this, download a CSV file of your Prepass toll data from your PrePass account:
Login into your PrePass account on www.prepass.com
Click on Select from the corresponding PrePass account
Go to Reports Portal
Go to Toll Details
Enter the date Range
Click on View Report
Click on the export icon and select CSV
Save the file on your device
Then, follow the steps below:
From the blue Alvys toolbar on the left, select "Reports" / “Toll Report”.
On the Toll Report page, locate and click the blue upload button on the bottom right side of your screen to add your PrePass Toll report.
In the pop up window that appears, select the source, add the file to be uploaded and click the Upload button
Once the file is uploaded successfully, you’re all done!
