Downloading Media from PXM

In this support article, we'll explore the various methods available for downloading media from PXM. Whether you're searching for specific files or accessing them through product folders, these options provide flexibility and convenience in retrieving media assets.

Downloading Media via General Search:

  1. To begin, use the general search or advanced search feature to find your desired files. Make sure you are toggled to 'Files' on the top left hand side.

  2. Select your files by checking the box on the top left of each thumbnail.

  3. Navigate to the button with three dots on it in the bottom right hand corner, then select "Download".

  4. You will be prompted to choose your image and/or video formatting. You may choose multiple if desired.

  5. Click "Download". If the group of files you selected is relatively small, it should download directly to your computer. If what you are trying to download is relatively large, the system will send you an email with a download link within a minute or two. Either way, you will get a banner of confirmation that will tell you which process is happening.

Downloading Media from Product Folders:

  1. Alternatively, users can access media files through product folders by navigating to specific categories.

  2. Upon selecting the desired product folder, users can view images contained within it.

  3. Similar to the general search method, users can select images by clicking the checkbox in the top left corner, then clicking the download button that looks like a cloud with a downward pointing arrow. (There should be one of these buttons on the left side of the screen under the primary display image, and another one found by clicking the three dots in the bottom right hand corner).

  4. Users will have the option to choose the desired image size before initiating the download process. Multiple versions can be selected and downloaded simultaneously.
