Importance of arriving on time and policies for late arrivals

Updated over 2 months ago

To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, we kindly ask clients to arrive at least 15-20 minutes before their scheduled class. This allows time for check-in, preparation, and settling in before the class begins.

Check-In & Attendance Guidelines

  • βœ”οΈ Arrive early – We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before class to complete the check-in process.

  • βœ”οΈ Be in the training room on time – You must be checked in and present in the training room at least 5 minutes before class starts.

  • βœ”οΈ Spots may be given away – If you arrive less than 5 minutes before the class begins, you may not be able to join the class as your spot will be given away to someone on the waitlist.

Late Arrival Policy

  • 🚫 Late arrivals may not be admitted for safety reasons. If your arrival conflicts with the class start time or poses a safety concern, our team reserves the right to deny entry.

  • 🚫 If you arrive after the class has begun, you will not be allowed to join.

What Happens If You Lose Your Spot?

  • βœ”οΈ If your spot is no longer available, your credit will be returned to your account.

  • βœ”οΈIf you arrive late and are unable to participate, your credit will also be returned.

  • βœ”οΈTo receive your credit back, you must arrive at the studio up to 1 hour before the end of your class.

Please plan ahead to ensure a stress-free check-in process and the best possible experience in your class!
