If a class is already full, you can put yourself on the waitlist to receive a spot if one becomes available during the week.

Please be aware that your credit will not be placed on hold when putting yourself on the waitlist for a practice. If you do not have a compatible credit available for class, you will be automatically removed from the waitlist.

"First come, first served": All customers on the waitlist will be notified at the same time informing them of the available spot that has opened up. The first person to book on the waitlist, gets the spot.

To cancel a waitlist booking, please visit the My Classes section of your account profile.

If you want to attend an already full class but don't want to subscribe to the waitlist, we encourage you to come to the studio 20 minutes early to add yourself to the In-Studio waitlist.

The waitlist in the studio is independent of the online waitlist and is on a first-come-first-serve basis for spots that become available due to last-minute No-Shows.

If a spot is available less than 5 minutes before the practice, it will be reallocated to those on the waitlist.
