Frequently asked questions:

See below for common questions and answers regarding how your billing works on Angi.

1. How often am I billed?

If you have an annual subscription, you are billed on the same day of each month (for example, if your agreement starts on March 12, then your next billing cycle date will be April 12, then May 12, etc.).

If you do not have an annual subscription, you are billed weekly (each Wednesday if you have a bank account connected as your primary payment method, or each Friday is you have a credit or debit card connected as your primary payment method) for the leads received the previous Wednesday through Tuesday.

2. What is a monthly lead budget?

Your monthly budget is part of the preferences you set to receive leads. It is the target dollar value of leads that Angi will match you with each month. The number of leads you receive for this dollar amount will vary based on your task and ZIP code preferences. If you pause your leads or utilize business hours to only receive leads during set times, you may get fewer leads for the month than you otherwise would have if you were active to match 24/7, resulting in not meeting your monthly budget.

3. Why did I exceed my monthly budget?

Our goal is to get you the maximum value of leads. If you have any remaining budget available, we will still match you with leads. If the value of the newly matched lead is over the remaining budget amount and you pay-per-lead, it may cause you to spend more than the monthly budgeted amount.

Example: If your monthly budget is $500 and you have received $480 of lead value so far, you may still receive one additional lead for $40 of value for a total monthly lead value of $520.

You can also choose to accept Opportunities which are charged outside of your monthly budget.

4. Where can I see my billing statement?

Your billing statement will be emailed to you monthly. You can view your statement on the Billing and payments page of the Angi for Pros app and site. You can also download your statement from the web at any time.

5. What determines lead pricing?

Lead pricing varies based on task, location, and how homeowners requested their quotes. These factors help us match the value of the lead with the price.
