How to See the Status of your Review Requests

You can now send a reminder to homeowners that have not submitted their review yet. (Angi app)

1. Go to the Angi app and sign in.

2. In the 'Get More Reviews' box, click on the link that says View # Open Review Requests.

3. This screen will show you a list of all your open review requests from the past 6 months. If a client has submitted a review, they will not appear here.

Note: If you sent more than one review request to the same person, you will see their name listed more than once. If they submit a review, only the request that was responded to will disappear.

4. You can open any request to see the details you initially places in the review request. To remind your customer to submit a review, select the Remind This Customer button at the bottom of your screen.

Your request will be sent the same way that you originally sent it, either by text or email. When you go back to your Open Review Requests list, there will be a bold Reminded note next to that customer's name.

That's all it takes to remind your customers to submit reviews about their experience with your company!
