How to Respond to Consumer Reviews in the Angi App

Let consumers know you care by responding to their reviews (Angi app)

Responding to Consumer Reviews

1. Go to the Angi app and sign in.

2. Click Reviews in the bottom navigation bar. 

3. Scroll through your reviews and click on the review you would like to address and respond to.
4. Once you're in the review details, click on the My Response section towards the bottom. 

5. Type your response and don't forget to hit the Send button in the upper right corner to save your response. Responding to a negative review? Check out this article here for some tips. 

6. Your response will either post immediately or go into pending status. Pending status means your response has been flagged. We'll take a closer look and once approved, it will post on the website.
