How to Respond to Consumer Reviews in the Angi App

Let homeowners know you value their feedback by responding to their reviews (Angi Pro Ads app)

  1. Tap the Reviews tab at the bottom of your screen.

  2. Select the review you would like to respond to.

  3. Once you're in the review details, tap on My Response at the bottom.

  4. Type your response and tap the checkmark button in the upper right corner to submit. If you're responding to a negative review, check out this article here for some tips.

  5. Your response will either post immediately or go into pending status. Pending status means your response has been flagged for manual review. Once approved, it will be posted.
