Note: These credit request changes are currently only available for pros with call tracking enabled. If you are currently opted out of call tracking but wish to enroll, you can reach out to your account manager or Angi Customer Care at (877) 947-3639.
Credit Process
We’ve heard your feedback and have simplified and added more transparency to our credit request process. These changes include:
Streamlined the number of credit reasons
The new process has only 5 credit request reasons, including:
The phone number isn’t in service or doesn’t belong to the consumer
The location doesn’t match the ZIP codes you are profiled for
The project doesn’t match the tasks you perform
The lead is the same as a previous lead
Your leads were turned off
Providing transparency on timing and next steps
When submitting a credit in the app or on the site, we provide additional details so it’s clear what happens next.
