Set Up Automated Responses in the Angi Ads Pro App

Get a response to a potential customer right away by setting up automated responses (Pro App)

You now have the ability to send an automated message to a consumer as soon as they submit their first lead to your company. By default, this feature is turned off, but it is very easy to turn on! Note: This feature is only accessible within the Angi Ads Pro App.

  1. From the home screen of the app, click Messages (or Inbox on some devices).

  2. At the top of the screen, click Automations. On this screen, you can click on Change template if you'd like to review the three options of messages that you can send.

  3. You can choose between three different templates by using the dropdown in the Change your template pop-up.

  4. Once you have selected the template you would like to send automatically when you receive a lead from a consumer, click Save.

  5. To turn on your Automated message, turn the toggle on at the bottom of the screen. When it is on, the toggle will be blue and a small pop up will appear, confirming you've turned them on.

  6. To turn off your Automated message, follow the same steps above and turn the toggle off. When it is off, the toggle will be grey.
