Understand how to remove your account information from Angi.

It only takes a few steps to submit a request to delete your account information from Angi, which will remove your login credentials and personal information associated with your account. You’ll also lose access to your Angi business profile, reviews, and leads you’ve received.

Please note: Making this request does not cancel or void any agreements that you have with Angi. You will still be billed for leads. Additionally, your company’s public profile will not be deleted and can still be searched by homeowners. You can review the full Angi Privacy Policy here.

What will be removed

  • Your email address and password

  • Your first and last name

  • Your phone number

What will not be removed

If you are receiving too many leads or need to take a temporary break, making some updates to your account may be a better option:

How to submit a request to delete your account credentials.

  1. Log in to the Angi Leads Pro app.

  2. Tap the “Account” icon and then select “Account credentials” under the “Account overview” section.

  3. Click “Delete account credentials” and follow the subsequent screens to submit your request.

  4. Requests are typically handled within 30 days - to prevent additional notifications, you should update your settings. Prior to deletion, you will still have access to your Angi account and business profile.
