We’ve made some exciting changes to help simplify your experience on Angi. These improvements add more clarity to our lead types and how they work.

We’ve updated our product to include CLEARER leads types and definitions to make your day-to-day easier. Introducing four lead types that better match the function they provide: Standard Leads, Appointment Leads, and Direct Call Leads - all of which are within your budget, and Opportunities which you can choose to accept and are outside of your budget.


Lead Types

Several changes were made to help streamline leads and how they work. These changes include:

  1. Renaming leads to better describe how the lead functions.

    • To better describe how the lead you’re receiving works, we updated the names associated with each type of lead.

    • See the chart below for these new names and details.

  2. Moving more lead types within your monthly budget.

    • Appointment Leads (formerly Instant Booking) and Direct Call Leads (formerly Instant Connect) are now included within your monthly budget.

    • Opportunities, which become Opportunity Leads once both you and the customer accept the connection, are still charged outside of your monthly budget.

Connect with customers looking for a pro with your skills in your locations.

Accept an appointment to visit a customer. Link your calendar or CRM so you’re never double-booked.

Direct Call Leads:

If a customer wants to speak to a pro right away, we’ll call you. Accept or decline the customer call - only pay if you accept.

Opportunities:

Matches you can choose to accept or decline. You’re only charged if the customer requests a quote from you.
