1. Why am I being asked to use a new site?

The new site simplifies your experience with more intuitive tools, a modern design, and functionality improvements. For pros that have more than one business, the new site also offers a single destination to manage your business with us.

2. What are the benefits of the new site?

Our new site features 20+ updated pages, including easier access to credit requests directly from each lead, access to credit requests directly from the lead board, and visibility into the price of Opportunities before you choose whether to accept or decline them. If you have multiple Angi Leads profiles, and/or if you also have an Angi Ads profile, you can manage all businesses from the one site.

3. Is there a new app too?

No, you will continue using the existing Angi Leads Pro app. After you move over to the new site, you will use your new sign-in details to sign in to the Angi Leads Pro app.

4. Will all of my leads, profile details, and reviews carry over from the old site to the new site?

Yes. All your leads, profile details, and previous reviews will be available on the new site.

5. How do I start using the new Angi for Pros site?

When signed in to pro.homeadvisor.com, simply follow the prompts to get access. You’ll then be asked to create an account by providing your email address, password, and name. Upon creating an account, you’ll immediately access the new site. Click here for detailed instructions.

6. Will I no longer be able to access the old site?

At this time, you will still have access to the pro.homeadvisor.com website. However, we recommend using the new site so you can enjoy the latest experience and stay up to date on site improvements and new features. If you do need to access pro.homeadvisor.com, you will need to use your old sign-in details. The pro.homeadvisor.com site will no longer be available starting in December.

7. If I have an Angi Ads account, will my leads, reviews, and profile be combined?

No, your profile, reviews, settings, and other details will continue to be distinct at this time. You can use the new site to switch between businesses with ease.

8. How do I manage multiple business profiles on the new site?

You can link all of your Angi Ads and Angi Leads pro accounts to easily manage all of your businesses from one unified pro site. For information on how to link profiles and switch between them, click here.

9. What should I do after I migrate to the new site?

Once you have migrated to the new site, we recommend adding office.angi.com to the bookmarks in your web browser for easy access. You can also click here for more details about the new web experience.
