Release notes | 1.5.8 | 30 Dec 2025

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Calls

  • Updated routine request screening from Andi per GMS guidelines

    • Andi will no longer reject new issues if the practice is only accepting routine requests. Previously Andi would reject issues unless they were discussed previously with the practice.

    • Andi will only reject issues if they are urgent and the practice can only accept routine requests

    • Also updated the “view routine answers” dialog in a request to more accurately represent what the patient consented to in submitting a routine request with Andi.

  • Andi can now RAG rate medical requests based on two questions.

    • Andi will ask “how does you condition impact your daily life?”, and “how worried are you about your condition?” on a scale of 0 to 5.

  • Andi can now submit requests with custom indications

  • You can now filter for requests submitted by Andi on the request dashboard.

  • Andi can now submit requests if the patient has not given their full details, requiring less overhead in manually creating requests from incomplete calls.

  • Andi now no longer includes the patient’s name when sending them an SMS confirming their request was submitted. This prevents Andi from sending a potentially confusing SMS confirmation to patients if Andi misheard their name.

Documents

  • Changes to the "Handover note" will now display within the document's activity log

  • You can configure your "default recipient" to always be used, regardless of the content of the letter

  • EMIS Only:

    • We've revamped how we save blood pressure values to record, if both systolic and diastolic measures are recorded for the same date they will be entered as a single code with both values included

  • Document workflows can now be exported and imported, allowing easy sharing between organizations

  • Existing problems can be added directly through the "Patient Context Panel" (element on the right side of the screen if made visible)

  • Existing problems can now be converted into New Problems directly within Anima

  • Users can now add duplicate problems, for issues which a patient can be affected by in multiple instances (eg. having the same problem in both eyes)
