To deactivate a user in Anima, you must have admin access.
Click Settings in the bottom-right corner.
Select Organisation Settings.
In the left-hand menu, click Availability and Assignment.
Find the user you want to deactivate.
Click the red bin icon next to their name.
In the confirmation window, type deactivate to confirm.
Once deactivated, the user will no longer be able to access Anima.
