Executions in Synthace

An execution is a simulation that you have sent to your lab.

Updated over 8 months ago

Once your workflow generates the desired liquid handling instructions, you can proceed by marking the simulation as ready to execute.

  1. On the Simulation Details page, click Start an Execution.

This action creates a new Synthace entity called an Execution, which records the physical execution details and resulting data.

Labware and Datasets

Access information about the labware and the liquids it contains by downloading Plate Definition Files.

These files provide detailed descriptions of the input liquids and the resulting mixtures.

Data collected by accessible devices will be automatically uploaded to the corresponding output plates via the SynthaceHub data handling process. You can also upload data manually in a generic or analytical device-specific format.

Learn more about uploading data here.

Data Export

Uploaded data will be automatically structured and appended into a single file for your records or analysis.
