You can see a breakdown of each plan and edit it's information by clicking on it.
➕ Add Plans
You can manually add a new plan using the Add Plan button.
Using a benadmin (Ease, Navigator, etc.)? Email us at ops@anuvi.io so we can import plans for you.
Not using a benadmin? Add plans manually or use our bulk import template (email it back to us once completed).
🔄 Plan Year & Renewals
Use the Plan Year dropdown to filter by year.
If you see a “Next Plan” tag under a plan, that means a renewal has already been linked. All renewing plans must be linked to their new year version.
🔔 Task Indicators
A number to the right of a plan means there’s an active task tied to it.
Click the number or the plan itself to view and complete the task.
If you’re inside the plan, task details appear at the top left, with a shortcut on the right to complete it.
✏️ Editing a Plan
Details: You can edit the carrier or the linked plan here. Other details require Anuvi’s help to update or delete, just reach out to ops@anuvi.io.
Next Year Plan: Link the next-year version of the plan. No renewal? Let us know during Open Enrollment so we can remove the requirement.
Must Elect With Plan: Choose plans that must be elected together (e.g. dental must be added to medical).
Rates: Click Edit, update each row, and make sure to save each line individually, then click Save at the top to lock in the changes. If these rates are adjusted while the plan has enrollments, any changes will not be retroactively reflected.
📄 Upload SBC
SBCs are not pulled in from benadmins. If an SBC is requested, upload it directly in the plans page or through the task assigned.
