The Migration Date Passed, What Happens Now? ⏳

Supposed to migrate on 10/1 and it's 10/8? What needs to happen?

Check the Agreement Status 📑

  • In most cases, the migration delay is due to the COBRA Services Agreement not being signed.

  • Encourage the employer/group to sign the agreement immediately to stay compliant. Without it, Anuvi cannot proceed.

Agreement Signed but Still Missing Info? 🔎

  • If the agreement has been signed, Anuvi and Gusto will continue working together to port in plans and COBRA enrollees.

  • Sometimes additional details (like group numbers or SBCs) may still be needed to finish setup.

Timing & Coverage ⏰

The goal is to complete the setup by the first day of the migration month. In reality, some groups may sign late and setup could take an extra 1–2 weeks.

This is okay! There will be no lapse in coverage for participants as long as the group is fully set up within those first couple of weeks.
