Answer

Use Mobilize and Editor to create, update, test, and publish workflow templates. Mobilize helps you generate new workflows from prompts, voice, or uploaded documents. Editor is where you review the workflow structure, edit questions, configure routes, and manage drafts and published workflows.

If you do not see Mobilize or Editor, contact your Business Administrator (BA) to request the appropriate access.

Steps

Open Mobilize and Editor

  1. Open ANVL Insights.

  2. Select Mobilize from the left side of the dashboard.

  3. Use Mobilize to create a new workflow from:

    • a text prompt

    • a file upload

    • voice input

  4. Select Editor to open the workflow editor.

Navigate the Editor

  1. Use the left menu to switch between Published, Drafts, and Groups.

  2. Select a workflow to open it.

  3. Review workflow details on the right side, including the workflow name and categories.

  4. Use Save to keep changes as a draft.

Additional Details

  • Published workflows are active and available to end users.

  • Drafts are in-progress templates that are not yet live.

  • Every workflow includes core components such as questions, routes, start node, end node, and notes node.

  • Deleting existing questions may affect reporting if those questions are already tied to reports.

  • Workflow route colors typically indicate route type:

    • Blue = Default

    • Yellow = Intervention

    • Red = Stop

    • Black = Rule

  • Publishing requires a complete configuration. If something is missing, the system will show an error.

  • Draft deletion removes the draft for everyone.
