Answer
Open ANVL Insights, then select Mobilize from the left navigation. Mobilize opens by default. From there, use the Editor toggle in the top-right corner to switch into the Workflow Editor.
Use Mobilize to generate workflows. Use Editor to build, edit, and publish workflows.
Steps
Open ANVL Insights.
Select Mobilize from the left navigation.
Use the Editor toggle in the top-right corner to open the Workflow Editor.
Toggle back to Mobilize at any time as needed.

If you do not see Mobilize, you may not have access.
