If you need to manage workflow templates, contact your Business Administrator (BA) and explain what you need to do, not which permissions you think you need.
Your BA will assign the appropriate access.
What to Say When You Request Access
When reaching out to your BA, describe your responsibilities in simple terms. For example:
“I need to edit the questions in my site’s workflows.”
“I need to update workflows to improve usability for our users.”
"I need to create new workflows to support program expansion."
“I need to manage workflow reporting, including tags and consistency across sites.”
“I need to configure or adjust workflow scoring for our program.”
“I need to test updated workflows to provide feedback.”
You do not need to ask for specific permission names.
What Happens Next
Your Business Administrator will:
Review what you’re trying to do
Assign the appropriate workflow management access
Confirm where you can edit and publish workflows
Once access is granted, you can use the Help Center to learn how to perform those tasks.
After You Have Access
Once your access is set up, use the Workflow Manager articles in the Help Center to learn how to manage workflow templates.
