Answer
Published workflow templates cannot be deleted directly in Editor. Deletion must be requested through a Help Request or ANVL Support and completed by the Benchmark Gensuite team.
Only a System Manager can request deletion directly. If the request is submitted by a Program Lead, written System Manager approval must be included.
Before requesting deletion, confirm the workflow is no longer needed for operations, compliance, audits, or reporting. Once deleted, it cannot be recovered and historical access will be lost.
Steps
Confirm the workflow is no longer needed and has internal approval for deletion.
Confirm the requester is either:
the System Manager, or
a Program Lead with written System Manager approval
Gather the required information:
exact Workflow Template Name
Group(s) / site(s) it should be removed from
requested removal date and time
explicit confirmation that deletion is permanent
written System Manager approval, if the requester is not the System Manager
Submit the request by either:
logging a Help Me request, or
contacting ANVL Support
Wait for confirmation from the Benchmark Gensuite support team.
