Answer
You can change a workflow template name in Editor and then republish it so the updated name appears in the assigned Groups. If you are renaming an existing workflow, choose Update when publishing. Do not choose Create Template unless you intentionally want to create a new workflow.
Steps
Open ANVL Insights.
Go to Mobilize → Editor.
Select the correct Group and open Published.
Open the workflow you want to rename.
In the right-hand panel, open the Workflow tab.
Click into the Name field and update the workflow name.
Save the changes. This will save a Draft of the workflow template.
Click the Publish (🚀) icon next to the draft.
When prompted, choose:
Update (default) to update the existing workflow.
Select Create Template only if intentionally creating a new workflow.
Select the appropriate Demonstration / UAT Group.
Select Publish.
Helpful notes
Keep workflow names short, clear, and consistent across sites.
Remove temporary labels such as site names or initials before publishing.
The new name will not appear to users until the workflow is republished.
Choosing Create Template will create a separate workflow instead of renaming the existing one.
