You can update a workflow template name directly in the Editor to improve clarity and consistency. Renaming a workflow requires republishing for changes to appear in assigned Groups. Be careful not to select Create Template unless you intend to create a new workflow.
Answer
Workflow Managers can edit the Name field in the Editor and republish the draft to update the existing workflow.
Steps
Open the workflow in Editor.
In the right-hand panel, open the Workflow tab.
Click into the Name field and update the workflow name.
Save the changes. This will save a Draft of the workflow template.
Click the Publish (🚀) icon next to the draft.
When prompted, choose:
Update (default) to update the existing workflow.
Select Create Template only if intentionally creating a new workflow.
Select the appropriate Demonstration / UAT Group.
Click Publish.
Tips
Keep names short, clear, and consistent across sites
Remove temporary labels (site name, initials) before publishing
