Steps to Get Started

  1. Make sure you watch the video first!

  2. Sign using your username and password at insights.anvl.com.

    1. If you haven't set up your account yet, look for the "Welcome to ANVL" email in your inbox.

  3. Find the MobilizeAI tab

    1. Upload your paper forms or use the chat to create your workflows (this can be anything like JSBs, Inspections, Permits, etc)

    2. Press "Mobilize" to get a workflow, this takes about 5 minutes. If you get an error message, simply try again or contact us at support@anvl.com.

    3. After the workflow is complete, review in the Editor

      1. Here you can make any simple change to the prompts or logic

    4. Once it looks good, hit the ROCKET icon to publish

      1. You should have access to a group named YOUR UTILITY NAME "TESTING" - that is your sandbox

      2. The group named after your utility is the group you should publish to when you want your lineman/foreman to see

  4. Log out and back in on the Mobile app to review your newly created workflow!
