Primary Role: Site-Level Admin
Learning Focus: Apply
Platform: ANVL Manager (https://insights.anvl.com)

Before You Start (Important)

  • Re-activation is not available in the Admin Panel and must be done from the Users tab in ANVL Manager.

  • You must have Can Modify User permission to access the Users tab.

  • If you do not see the Users tab, contact your internal ANVL Business Administrator to request access.

Why It Matters

  • Only Active users can log in and complete workflows in ANVL

  • Re-activating users restores access without re-creating accounts

  • Prevents permission drift and duplicate users

When to Do This

  • A previously inactive user needs access to ANVL again

  • A user returns after leave, role change, or temporary deactivation

Steps

  1. Log in to ANVL Manager at https://insights.anvl.com

  2. Select the Users tab
(If you do not see this tab, you do not have required permissions. Reach out to your Business Administrator.)

  3. Use the Search bar to locate the user

    • Inactive users appear light gray

  4. Select the checkbox next to the user’s name

  5. Click Modify

  6. Select Reactivate User

  7. Select Agree to confirm

Watch Out For…

  • Re-activation cannot be done from the Admin Panel

  • You must have Can Modify User permission

  • Reactivation applies only within the selected site

  • Users regain access immediately after confirmation

What You Should See

  • User name returns to full color in the Users list

  • User can log in and access ANVL right away
