Workflow Categories control how workflows are labeled, organized, and presented to users during publishing and execution. You must have Business Administrator access to make changes in Admin Portal → Group Management. Changes apply immediately at the Group level and impact workflow deployment and user selection.

Review Understand Workflow Categories before making updates. If you need to remove a category, follow the Delete Workflow Category process.
