This context helps prevent:

How to Think About ANVL Access
ANVL access is best understood by capability and location, not job title.
A single user may interact with ANVL in one or more of these areas:
Completing work
Reviewing and managing work
Designing workflows
Governing users and structure
Roles and Special Rights determine which of these areas a user can access.
ANVL Workflows (Mobile App & Web Workflows)
Purpose: Completing work
Unlocked by: TECH role (shown as ANVL Mobile in user profiles)
Users with ANVL Workflows access can:
Complete workflows such as JSAs, LPAs, Inspections, and Briefings
Capture photos, videos, and field data
Submit work from the field or desktop (if enabled)
This access is common across frontline, supervisory, and leadership roles.

ANVL Manager
Purpose: Reviewing, managing, and analyzing work
Unlocked by: ADMIN role (shown as ANVL Web in user profiles)
Users with ANVL Manager access can:
Review submissions in the Live Feed
View in-platform dashboards and analytics
Manage workflow Assignments and schedules
Access and manage content in the Vault
Monitor site and user activity
This is the primary workspace for supervisors, managers, and program leads.

Users Tab (ANVL Manager)
Purpose: Site-level user management
Unlocked by: ADMIN role plus Can Modify User permission
From the Users tab, authorized admins can:
Add and modify users
Assign product access and Groups (Sites)
Activate or inactivate users
Manage supervisor assignments within their scope
This capability is typically limited to Site-Level Admins.

Workflow Management (Mobilize & Editor)
Purpose: Designing and maintaining workflows
Unlocked by: Workflow Management Special Right
Users with Workflow Management access can:
Create workflows using Mobilize AI
Edit workflows in Editor
Manage questions, logic, and scoring
Publish workflows to Testing (UAT) or Production Groups
This access is typically granted to Workflow Managers or Business Administrators.
Workflow creation and editing experience in Mobilize and Editor.
ANVL Admin Portal
Purpose: Organization-level governance
Unlocked by: Super Admin Special Right
From the Admin Portal, Business Administrators can:
Manage all users and Groups across the organization
Assign Special Rights
Perform bulk user and Group actions
Configure organization-level settings and hierarchy
This is the highest level of access in ANVL and should be granted sparingly.
