Mobilize AI is designed specifically for safety, quality, sustainability, and operational workflows. It is not a general-purpose chatbot. It is used to generate workflow drafts quickly, while still giving you full control to review, refine, and publish the final workflow.

Understand what Mobilize AI can do
Use Mobilize AI to turn procedures, forms, or ideas into workflow drafts.
Use it to generate workflows from:
uploaded documents
chat prompts
voice input
multi-language input or translation needs
Use Mobilize AI to create a workflow draft
Open ANVL Insights.
Open Mobilize.
Provide your input using a document, prompt, voice, or a combination.
Generate the workflow draft.
Open the draft in Editor.
Refine the workflow in Editor
Review the draft created by Mobilize AI.
Update question text, instructions, routing, logic, and structure as needed.
Confirm the workflow is ready before publishing.
Publish the workflow
Publish the workflow as a new workflow or an update to an existing one.
Select the groups, sites, or languages where it should be available.
Test before broad rollout.
