Review a Completed Workflow

  1. Open the ANVL app

  2. Find a workflow with a blue circle (this means it’s complete)

  3. Tap the workflow to open it

From here, you can:

  • Scroll through all questions and responses

  • View time and date stamps

  • Review photos and videos captured

  • Read the full workflow record

Add a Note to a Workflow

If something changes after completion (for example, a delay or update):

  1. Open the completed workflow

  2. Tap Add a Note

  3. Enter additional details

  4. Save the note

Notes are appended to the bottom of the workflow and become part of the record.

Share a Workflow

Completed workflows can be shared as a PDF.

  1. Open a completed workflow

  2. Tap the Share icon

  3. Preview the PDF

  4. Share via email, Teams, or other apps on your device

On some devices, you can also mark up the PDF before sharing.

Supervisors and EHS leaders can always access workflows in the Manager Dashboard, but sharing is helpful for customers or teammates.

Incomplete Workflows

  • If a workflow is in progress, tapping it will resume where you left off

  • Only completed or marked-incomplete workflows can be reviewed

  • In-progress workflows cannot be shared

Viewing Other Users’ Workflows

Depending on your organization’s settings, you may be able to:

  • View workflows completed by other users

  • Review responses for shared visibility or collaboration

This setting is configurable by your organization.

Filter Your Workflow List

Use the Filter option to:

  • View only My Workflows

  • See In Progress or Incomplete workflows

  • Return to viewing All workflows

In Summary

With completed workflows, you can:

  • Review your work

  • Add follow-up notes

  • Share PDFs when needed

  • Filter and find workflows quickly
