How do I add a note to a completed workflow?

If you need to add additional details after completing a workflow, you can use the Add a Note feature. This is helpful when conditions change or you want to document a change after completion.

Answer

You can add a note to a recently completed workflow directly from the Work screen, provided the workflow is configured to allow notes.


Steps

  1. Confirm the workflow status is marked as Complete.

  2. Navigate to the Work screen in the ANVL app.

  3. Select the completed workflow you want to update.

  4. Tap Add a Note in the upper right corner.

  5. Enter relevant text and attach photos if needed.

  6. Submit the note.

Your entry will appear under the Notes section of the completed workflow.


Additional Details

  • The Add a Note option is only available:

    • On workflows completed recently

    • On workflows configured to allow notes

  • Notes are time-stamped and become part of the workflow record.

  • If you do not see the Add a Note option, contact your supervisor to confirm the workflow supports this feature.
