Requirement: Power BI Pro License

To view ANVL Power BI reports, you must have a Power BI Pro license.

  • Power BI Pro is required because ANVL reports are hosted outside your organization’s Power BI environment

  • The free Power BI tier will not allow access

How to Check Your License

You can:

  • Log into Power BI with your work Microsoft account

  • Contact your internal IT team

  • Confirm whether Pro is included in your Microsoft subscription

Many enterprise organizations already license Power BI Pro for all users.

Row-Level Security (Optional)

ANVL supports row-level security, which limits what data users can see.

For example:

  • A supervisor may only see data for specific sites or regions

  • Corporate users may see organization-wide data

Row-level security is configured by ANVL and requires backend mapping.

How to Request Access

To request Power BI access:

  1. Confirm you have a Power BI Pro license

  2. Contact your internal administrator to confirm access is appropriate

  3. Submit a request through the ANVL Help Center

    • Click the ANVL icon in the Help Center

    • Send a support request for Power BI access

Power BI permissions are typically updated weekly.

In Summary

To access ANVL Power BI reports:

  • You need a Power BI Pro license

  • Access is permission-based

  • Optional row-level security controls visibility

  • Requests are handled through the ANVL Help Center
