ANVL includes standard Power BI template reports that meet most reporting needs. However, if you need additional or specialized analytics, custom reporting options are available.

What’s Included by Default

Your ANVL subscription already supports:

  • Site, group, and organizational rollups

  • Hierarchy-based reporting

  • Standard Power BI template dashboards

These cover roughly 70–80% of common reporting requests.

When Custom Analytics Makes Sense

You may want custom analytics if you need:

  • New visualizations not included in standard reports

  • Reporting on unique or business-specific metrics

  • Alternative ways to analyze existing data

  • Specialized views (e.g., photo analysis, advanced trends)

These requests typically go beyond standard configuration and require customization.

How to Request Custom Reporting

To get started:

  1. Visit the ANVL Help Center

  2. Send a support message, or contact your Benchmark Gensuite Account Manager

  3. Describe:

    • What you want to see

    • Key metrics or data points

    • Business questions you’re trying to answer

    • Example visuals (if available)

The more detail you provide, the faster the request can be evaluated.

What Happens Next

  • The Support team reviews your request

  • Your Account Manager helps scope the effort

  • Custom analytics may be delivered as a separate project, depending on complexity and commercial alignment

Alternative: Build Your Own Analytics

All ANVL subscriptions include REST API access.

If you have an internal analytics team, you can:

  • Pull ANVL data into your own data warehouse

  • Build custom Power BI or other BI dashboards

  • Combine ANVL data with other systems

This is often the fastest and most cost-effective option.

In Summary

If standard reports don’t meet your needs:

  • Custom analytics are available

  • Requests start through the Help Center or your Account Manager

  • APIs are available for internal reporting teams
