What This Report Is Used For
Use the ANVL Scores report to:
Measure workflow participation and compliance
Evaluate quality of completion, not just volume
Identify users, teams, or sites that need support
Prioritize coaching, training, or follow-up
It’s especially valuable for EHS leaders, program owners, and supervisors.
The Three Key Scores Explained
Percent to Goal
Measures how close users or sites are to meeting workflow targets.
Based on goals set during implementation
Example: 5 JSAs per user per week
Calculated using user count × expected workflows
👉 This answers: “Are people doing the work?”
Strength Score (0–5)
Measures quality of workflow completion.
It can include factors like:
Photos added
Hazards identified
Time spent
Required fields completed
Higher scores indicate more thoughtful, complete workflows.
👉 This answers: “Are workflows being done well?”
Power Score
Combines Percent to Goal + StrengthScore into a single score.
Default weighting is 50/50
Weighting can be adjusted (e.g., 70% quality / 30% completion)
Helps highlight risk and adoption gaps
👉 This answers: “Where should we focus first?”
