Key Metrics Explained

Workflows Completed

The number of workflows fully completed by frontline users.

Total Workflows

Includes:

  • Completed workflows

  • In-progress workflows

  • Incomplete workflows

This shows overall workflow activity.

Workflow Completion %

The percentage of workflows that were started and successfully completed.

Most organizations see 80–90% completion over time.

Escalations

The total number of:

  • Stops

  • Flags

  • Interventions

  • Concerns

Used as a leading indicator of risk and issues in the field.

Licensed Users

The total number of users with access to ANVL.

Engaged Users

Users who have started at least one workflow.

This helps measure actual system adoption.

Median Workflow Duration

The median time (in minutes) it takes to complete a workflow.

Median is used instead of average to avoid skew from abandoned workflows.

Most workflows are completed in 2–3 minutes.

Average Strength Score

A proprietary metric (0–5) measuring workflow quality, such as:

  • Photos captured

  • Hazards identified

  • Time spent

Strength Score helps identify potential “pencil whipping.”
