Answer

If you are experiencing login, syncing, or performance issues on Android, clearing cached ANVL data may help.

If you use the ANVL mobile app on Android, complete all three steps below: clear the ANVL app data, clear the ANVL app cache, and clear the cache in the browser used for ANVL sign-in. If you use ANVL Workflows in a web browser only, clear the cache in the browser you use to access workflows.anvl.com.

Important: If these steps are completed while offline, any workflow data that has not yet uploaded will be permanently removed.

Steps

If you use the ANVL mobile app, complete all three steps below.
If you use ANVL Workflows in a web browser only, complete Step 3 only.

1. Delete ANVL App Data

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Go to Apps or App Management.

  3. Select ANVL.

  4. Tap Storage or Storage & cache.

  5. Tap Clear Data, Delete Data, or Clear Storage, depending on your device.

2. Clear ANVL App Cache

  1. Stay in the ANVL app settings.

  2. Tap Clear Cache.

3. Clear Browser Cache

  1. Identify the browser you use for ANVL sign-in or to access workflows.anvl.com.

  2. Open that browser.

  3. Go to the browser’s Settings.

  4. Clear cached files or browsing data.

Additional Details

  • Android steps may vary slightly by device model and OS version.

  • Clearing app data signs you out of ANVL and removes locally stored app information.

  • Clearing browser cache may sign you out of other websites.

  • Always make sure workflows are fully synced before clearing cache or data.

  • Clearing cache or data does not delete your ANVL account or server-stored records.
