How do I clear cache and cookies in my browser?

If ANVL Insights is not loading correctly, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies can help resolve login, loading, and formatting issues. The steps are slightly different in Chrome, Edge, and Safari, but in each browser you should clear at least Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.


Steps

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome.

  2. Select the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner.

  3. Select Delete browsing data.

  4. Choose a Time range.

  5. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  6. Select Delete data.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge.

  2. Select the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner.

  3. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

  4. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.

  5. Choose a Time range.

  6. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  7. Select Clear now.

Safari (Mac)

  1. Open Safari.

  2. Go to Safari > Settings > Privacy.

  3. Select Manage Website Data.

  4. Remove data for specific sites, or select Remove All.

Additional Details

  • Clearing cookies may sign you out of websites and remove saved site preferences.

  • In Chrome, you can also open the delete-data window quickly by typing Delete browsing data in the address bar.

  • In Edge, you can open the clear-data window with Ctrl + Shift + Del.
