ANVL can be accessed as:
A native mobile app installed from the App Store
A web app (workflows.anvl.com) through a browser
The steps differ depending on how you access ANVL.
Important: If these steps are completed while OFFLINE, any workflow data that has not yet uploaded will be permanently removed.
Answer
To clear cache on iOS, you must either offload the ANVL mobile app or clear Safari (or browser) website data if using workflows.anvl.com.
Steps
1. Clear Cache for the ANVL Mobile App (App Store Version)
iOS does not allow direct cache clearing for most apps. You must use the Offload App function.
Open the Settings app.
Tap General.
Tap iPhone Storage (or iPad Storage).
Scroll down and tap ANVL.
Tap Offload App.
Tap Offload App again to confirm.
Tap Reinstall App.
This removes cached files while preserving your user data and settings.
2. Clear Cache for workflows.anvl.com (Safari)
If you access ANVL through Safari, the cache is tied to Safari browsing data.
Open the Settings app.
Scroll down and tap Safari.
Scroll down and tap Advanced.
Tap Website Data.
You can either:
Tap Remove All Website Data to clear cache for all websites, or
Search for anvl and swipe left on the entry, then tap Delete to remove data only for workflows.anvl.com.
If Using Chrome or Another Browser
Clear the cache within that specific browser’s settings instead of Safari.
Additional Details
Always ensure workflows are fully synced before clearing cache.
Clearing browser data may log you out of other websites.
Offloading the app does not delete your ANVL account or server-stored data.
If issues persist after clearing cache, contact Anvl Support.
