It is triggered by workflow responses based on the workflow template configuration and is used to quickly surface situations where work may need to pause until the issue is reviewed or addressed.
Steps
Open ANVL Insights.
Go to Live Feed.
Apply filters as needed to locate the workflow.
Find the workflow with the Stop icon.
Open the workflow.
Review the response that triggered the stop.
Follow up as needed.

A Stop is automatically triggered based on workflow template configuration.
It is tied to a completed workflow.
Stops are used for critical issues that may require immediate review or action.
You can configure email and SMS notifications in your Preferences to be notified immediately when a stop is triggered.
If you have feedback about when a stop should or should not be triggered, contact your Program Lead or System Manager.
