An Intervention is a finding that is automatically triggered based on workflow responses and the way the workflow template is configured. It helps surface situations that may need review or follow-up by highlighting specific responses captured during workflow completion.


Steps

  1. Open ANVL Insights.

  2. Go to Live Feed.

  3. Apply filters as needed to locate the workflow.

  4. Find the workflow with the Intervention icon.

  5. Open the workflow.

  6. Review the response that triggered the intervention.

  7. Follow up as needed.

  • An Intervention is created automatically based on workflow template configuration.

  • It is tied to a completed workflow.

  • If you have feedback about when an intervention should or should not be triggered, contact your Program Lead or System Manager.

  • If you are the Program Lead, review the workflow configuration in Editor.
