Answer

Configure an Intervention when you want a workflow response to automatically log a finding that requires follow-up or monitoring. Use this when the issue should be visible for review, but work does not need to stop immediately.

If the situation should stop work, configure it as a Stop instead of an Intervention.

Steps

  1. Open ANVL Insights.

  2. Go to MobilizeEditor.

  3. Open the workflow draft you want to update.

  4. Find the question where the finding should be triggered.

  5. Select the route that should create the finding.

  6. In the route settings, set Escalation Type to Intervention.

  7. If needed, change the route to a Rule route so the intervention only triggers for the correct response.

  8. Save the workflow draft.

  9. Publish the workflow to Demonstration / UAT.

  10. Test the workflow to confirm the Intervention is created as expected.

  11. After validation, publish to Production.

Helpful notes

  • Use an Intervention for findings that should be tracked, reviewed, or monitored.

  • Use a Stop when work should not continue.

  • Interventions are configured on the route, not on the question itself.

  • If only certain responses should trigger the finding, use a Rule route with the correct condition.

  • Always test Interventions in Demonstration / UAT before publishing to production.
