Yes. You can reassign a Collaborative Workflow until the assigned collaborator begins their section. If the workflow has not yet been opened by the assigned collaborator, you can reassign it to a different person.
Once the assigned collaborator begins working on the workflow, it can no longer be reassigned.
Steps
Open the Collaborative Workflow in the Frontline Operations mobile app.
Verify that the assigned collaborator has not yet begun their section of the workflow.
Select the option to Reassign the workflow.
Select the new collaborator.
Save the reassignment.
The newly assigned collaborator receives an email and text notification with a link to continue the workflow
