How do I create a Corrective Action from a workflow in the ANVL app?

Log ATS Action from a workflow

Written by Jake Landgraf

Some workflow answers, like a missing PPE or a flagged hazard, prompt you to log a Corrective Action. You can create it right from the workflow, fill out the form, and return to what you were doing.

Steps

Before you Begin

  • The first time you log a Corrective Action, you may be asked to sign in with your Benchmark Gensuite credentials (SSO). You only need to do this once.

  • Your company must use the Benchmark Gensuite Action Tracking Module. If you don’t see the prompt, ask your supervisor or EHS lead.

Log a Corrective Action

  1. Answer the workflow question. When your answer calls for an action, a screen appears that says Please log a corrective action.

  2. Tap Log Corrective Action. If you don’t need to log an action, tap Continue to go on with your workflow.

  3. If prompted, sign in with your Benchmark Gensuite credentials (SSO). You won’t be asked again after this first time.

  4. Fill out the action form. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required. The fields visible are:

    • Action Date: defaults to today. Tap Today or use the calendar to change it.

    • Action Name/Number: optional, for grouping related actions.

    • Action Type

    • Action Origin

    • Number of Items in Action: defaults to 1.

    • Action Category

    • Repeat Action?: defaults to No. Select yes if this issue was identified in a previous action at your site.

    • Dept

  5. Scroll down and complete the remaining fields, then tap Add Action

  6. Close the form by swiping to the left, and hitting Continue
