A blank screen usually indicates a browser or cache issue. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the problem.
Steps
Log out of ANVL and log back in.
Open a new browser tab and navigate to:
https://insights.anvl.comType the URL manually instead of using a bookmark or saved link.
Perform a hard refresh on the login page:
Hold down Shift and click Refresh.
Confirm your browser is up to date.
Use a current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox.
If the issue continues, go to:
https://insights.anvl.com/diagnosticCapture a screenshot of the diagnostic page.
