Why Do I See a Blank Screen When Logging into the ANVL Web App?

A blank screen usually indicates a browser or cache issue. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the problem.


Steps

  1. Log out of ANVL and log back in.

  2. Open a new browser tab and navigate to:
    https://insights.anvl.com

  3. Type the URL manually instead of using a bookmark or saved link.

  4. Perform a hard refresh on the login page:

    • Hold down Shift and click Refresh.

  5. Confirm your browser is up to date.

    • Use a current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox.

  6. If the issue continues, go to:
    https://insights.anvl.com/diagnostic

  7. Capture a screenshot of the diagnostic page.

  8. Send the screenshot to ANVL Support at support@anvl.com or via chat. what you see. Then send via chat or email to Anvl Support (support@anvl.com)
