Why Can’t I Log in to ANVL Insights (insights.anvl.com)?

If insights.anvl.com (ANVL Manager Dashboard) will not load or you cannot log in, the issue is typically related to browser compatibility, cached sessions, bookmarks, or an outdated browser version. In some cases, you may not have the required ANVL Manager (ANVL Web / ADMIN role) access. ANVL supports current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox.

Login issues are most commonly caused by browser settings or outdated software, but they may also occur if your account does not have ANVL Manager access assigned.

Follow the steps below to troubleshoot.


Steps

  1. Confirm you have ANVL Manager (ANVL Web) access assigned to your user profile.

    • If unsure, contact your Site-Level Admin or Business Administrator.

  2. Log out of ANVL (if partially logged in) and attempt to log back in.

  3. Open a new browser tab or try a different supported browser.

  4. Manually type the URL into your browser:
    https://insights.anvl.com
    (Do not use a bookmark or saved link.)

  5. Perform a hard refresh on the login page:

    • Hold down Shift and click Refresh.

  6. Confirm your browser is updated to the latest version of:

    • Chrome

    • Safari

    • Edge

    • Firefox

  7. Capture a screenshot of the diagnostics page.

  8. Send the screenshot to ANVL Support via chat or email at support@anvl.com.
