Confirm you have ANVL Manager (ANVL Web) access assigned to your user profile.
If unsure, contact your Site-Level Admin or Business Administrator.
Log out of ANVL (if partially logged in) and attempt to log back in.
Open a new browser tab or try a different supported browser.
Manually type the URL into your browser:

(Do not use a bookmark or saved link.)Perform a hard refresh on the login page:
Hold down Shift and click Refresh.
