Answer
Use the Forgot Password? option on the login screen to receive a verification code and create a new password.
Steps
Open ANVL Insights.
On the login screen, enter your username (check for correct capitalization and symbols).
Tap Forgot Password?
Check your email for a verification code.
Enter the six-digit verification code when prompted.
Create and confirm your new password.
Return to the login screen and sign in with your updated credentials.
You can use Forgot Password? at any time to reset your password.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
If your company uses Single Sign-On:
On the login screen, tap Does your company use single sign-on? Click here.
Enter your work email address.
Complete the authentication steps with your organization’s identity provider.
If you are unsure whether your organization uses SSO, contact your internal administrator.
Notes
Passwords are case sensitive.
Ensure you have access to the email associated with your ANVL account.
If you do not receive a verification code, check your spam or junk folder.
